Shaun Zaciewski is a Florida community association attorney with two decades of experience representing condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, boards of directors, and property owners throughout the state. As the founder of the Law Offices of Shaun Zaciewski, P.A., he provides strategic legal counsel and litigation representation in matters involving association governance, enforcement, and related civil litigation.

Throughout his career, Mr. Zaciewski has represented clients ranging from large corporations to individual property owners. In addition to his Community Association Law practice, he maintains an active general civil litigation practice handling landlord/tenant disputes, property damage claims, personal injury matters, and federal litigation.

Mr. Zaciewski handles all aspects of Community Association Law under Florida Statutes Chapters 718, 719, and 720. His expertise includes covenant enforcement, ADA and selective enforcement claims, civil rights matters, collections, foreclosure defense, contract preparation, defamation claims, and amendments to association governing documents. He has successfully obtained favorable judgments in complex disputes and regularly serves as an expert regarding attorneys’ fees for several community association law firms throughout Florida.

After law school, Mr. Zaciewski investigated violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as a Consumer Relations Specialist. Prior to founding the Law Offices of Shaun Zaciewski, P.A. in 2015, he practiced with multiple law firms that served as general counsel for thousands of community associations throughout Florida. During this time, he gained extensive experience advising association boards, addressing complex legal issues, and developing strategies designed to protect the interests of condominium and homeowners’ associations.

Beyond his daily practice, Mr. Zaciewski has also contributed to proposed legislation intended to benefit Florida communities and enhance protections for community associations.
