Associate Attorney

Tyler D. Bergerson is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Shaun Zaciewski, P.A. His practice focuses on community association law, representing condominium and homeowners’ associations in both litigation and transactional matters throughout Florida.

Before joining the Law Offices of Shaun Zaciewski, P.A., Mr. Bergerson practiced at a large insurance defense litigation firm, where he primarily represented condominium and homeowners’ associations in a wide range of legal matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, as the recipient of the prestigious St. Thomas More Full-Tuition Scholarship.

While in law school, Mr. Bergerson served as Contracts Manager for a New Hampshire corporation, overseeing the company’s legal contracts and corporate governance. During that time, he was also appointed to the law school’s Moot Court Board and Business Law Institute. His experience in both the litigation and transactional aspects of community association law enables him to provide practical, strategic counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Mr. Bergerson is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
