1) Governing Document Amendments:  Our office can help your community plan for the future by reviewing and amending your governing documents.  This will ensure you are protected, while addressing those needs that fit your particular community.  Updating your documents can also maximize your recovery of delinquent assessments.

2) Covenant Enforcement Violations:  We will enforce your governing documents/rules against those owners within your community that refuse to comply, as they should be addressed immediately.  We prepare the pre-suit notices and handle all aspects of the case.  This may include, but not limited to, pet restriction litigation, arbitration actions regarding occupancy in a 55 and over community, lawsuits to evict unauthorized occupants/tenants, alleged violations of municipality codes and ordinances.

3) Collections: Our Firm has experience in representing associations with the foreclosure lien process, including preparing the pre-lien and lien notices, settlement agreements and the foreclosure process itself.  We will aggressively pursue delinquent owners and attempt to collect unpaid assessments to help decrease your delinquencies.  This also may include a comprehensive strategy to force banks to complete its delayed foreclosure so that your community avoids substantial losses.  We also will address any bankruptcies that may arise so that we can monitor and address delay tactics when possible.

4) Contract Review & Preparation: Community associations deal with numerous types of contracts that require legal counsel.  The interpretation and review of vendor, constructions, maintenance and other kinds of contracts can significantly impact the interests of the community.  We provide our clients with assistance required to effectively safeguard their communities in a wide range of transactional matters.
