Shaun M. Zaciewski

Shaun has practiced Community Association Law for over fourteen years. He has primarily focused on Community Association Law and Civil Litigation. Throughout Shaun’s practice of law, he has represented clients as diverse as large corporations to single homeowners.
Shaun handles all aspects of Community Association Law and related litigation, including but not limited to, Covenant Enforcement, ADA, FDCPA and Selective Enforcement Claims, Civil Rights Lawsuits, Collections, Foreclosure Defense, Contract Preparation, Defamation and Slander Cases, Governing Document Enforcement, and Landlord-Tenant Disputes. He has obtained hundreds of judgments on behalf of condominium associations. Shaun also serves as an expert for associations regarding attorney’s fees and other issues related to Florida Statute 718 and Florida Statute 720.
Shaun assisted with proposed legislation to benefit communities throughout Florida and developed aggressive strategies to mitigate the impact of the foreclosure crisis.
Following law school, Shaun spent his time investigating violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in Buffalo, New York, as a Consumer Relations Specialist. He moved to Florida with his wife and practiced as an attorney for two law firms that served as general counsel for hundreds of community associations. This is where Shaun gained his experience working with Board members throughout the State of Florida before founding the Law Offices of Shaun M. Zaciewski, P.A., in 2015.
Shaun currently resides in Cooper City with his wife and two children.
