Founding Partner

Shaun has practiced Community Association Law for over eight years.  He has primarily focused on collections and foreclosure litigation, while helping associations collect delinquent maintenance his entire career.  Shaun assisted with proposed legislation to benefit communities throughout Florida and developed aggressive strategies to mitigate the impact of the foreclosure crisis.  He also has experience with reviewing contracts, amending documents, evictions, settlements, mediations, code enforcement violations and covenant enforcement violations.   He works closely with his clients and stresses the importance of communication to help build trusting relationships.

Following law school, Shaun spent his time investigating violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in Buffalo, New York, as a Consumer Relations Specialist.  He moved to Florida with his wife and practiced as an attorney for two law firms that served as general counsel for hundreds of community associations.  This is where Shaun gained his experience working with Board members throughout the State of Florida before founding Law Offices of Shaun M. Zaciewski, P.A.

Shaun currently resides in Hollywood with his wife and two children.
